Shipping & returns

UK delivery

I lovingly prepare and pack all orders. I aim to dispatch them within 1 - 3 working days of the order being placed. Due the current UK lockdown I am only shipping parcels on Mondays and Thursdays.  

All UK orders are shipped Royal Mail 1st class which has a 1-2 working day delivery estimate, this does not include processing time.

Please note, the shipping times are an estimate and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

International delivery

I am really sorry but I am currently only shipping to the UK. If you are an international customer and you wish to request international postage rates please get in touch via the contact form and I will do my best to help you out.

Returns and refunds

I always try to send your products in perfect condition. However, occasionally, a problem can arise. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, or it is damaged in delivery, I ask you to contact me to let me know of the problem as soon as possible. I will then advise you on whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement. 

I love creating all my products and really hope you love your purchase too, however, if you do need to make a return you can to do so within 30 days of purchase.  If 30 days have expired then unfortunately, I am unable to accept your return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. I reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.

Please note I am unable to cover return postage costs unless an item is faulty. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
